I am extremely disappointed in Devon Lombard - Service dept consultant. This dealership doesn’t even deserve a rating. I booked my car in on the 3rd of June ive been in contact with Devon to sort out a claim for my vehicle (engine repair). These people are taking their own time with everything, dragging, being unprofessional. Whenever I phoned for an update, then they’re forever busy. I won’t recommend anyone to this dealership.
KFC don't even deserve a star. I ordered a meal yesterday, paid online - KFC HEAD OFFICE decided to cancel my order I dont know for what reason. I contacted the store and then I was told my order was cancelled without any reason long story short nobody communicated with me not the store, neither head office I was the one that phoned and followed up now they are telling me that my refund will take 7-14 working days where the lady at head office told me that the refund will take place in the next 24-48 hours. Please attend to this matter KFC !
i’ve closed my account and the lady who i’ve been in contact with said she’ll update my account status in September already - to date nothing has been amended and it’s affecting my credit score because the account states “in arrears” where i’ve paid my account in full. Teljoy please make the necessary amendments and revert back to me! dissatisfied in your services!
SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THIS WHOLE YEAR, UNORGANISED WITH PAYMENTS, SENDING THREATS OF NON PAYMENT AND DISPATCHING AGENTS TO COLLECT WASHING MACHINE. IVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH A LADY NOT GONNA NAME HER HERE, IM STILL WAITING ON HER MANAGER TO PHONE ME - PHONED AGAIN BECAUSE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AND EMAILS HAS BEEN SENT. IM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS WHOLE DAMN TELJOY NONSENSE, NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE!!!!!!!
