Melisa and Andrea Abrahams are so rude . I called in to enquire about my account that was being handed over to them . In the email I got I was offered a 10-50% discount. I’m being told that it’s a limited offer and if I want another offer I should call in Dec or January for a discount..Melisa goes on to rush me through the call because She wants to go on her tea break . I was unemployed for the longest time and honestly I have a lot of catching up to do with my debt and I’m here begging for a discount but it seems like I’m asking for a heart transplant because why am I being told I should call back in two months and that they cannot even guarantee that I will have a discount. Which is honestly soo unfair
These people call themselves lawyers more like ****s they ****med my mother her hard earned pension fund money when she tried to buy a house and she gave them money for the sale and it’s been over 1 year… they have gone MIA and no one is giving my mother answers ! Please return the money

I made a deposit on the 25th of January 2023 to date the money is not reflecting into my account… I have tried numerous times to chat with someone but for a good two weeks no one has been able to assist with . I take my frustrations to the email I’m being told by a Sinikiwe that they no longer resolve issues on email . I should either call or use the chat box AFTER I mentioned that I have tried to live chat and without any success…. I cannot be going back and forth for a mere R50 !!!!! Please
If you guys are serious about your business.. please end whatever relationship you have with DSV road or just cancel whatever contract you have with me !!! They do no communication And when I follow up they inform me that the driver decided not to do the delivery! And no one bothered to inform me !!!! And they put me on hold for over 3 minutes and then the drop the line !!! I’m using my own airtime to sort through f this rubbish!!!
Honestly speaking I’m utterly disgusted by your service. I took a day out of my busy schedule airing for you guys to deliver my package and I even called I was out on hold for over 15 minutes and still no one was at the end to actually answer my calls….
