Sithembile Malloy is at another level when it comes to customer service. There was a glitch with the system where I could not perform any online transaction, but Sithembile Malloy came to the rescue and offered additional assistance not needed but grateful. Look after Sithembile or she will be lost to another industry. Thanks.
Booked a table for 12 and then was requested a deposit. However, this is the industry norm I went there personally to explain that we are 12 people 6 of the guests are international guests and would be paying for the bill hence that the deposit is waived. The General Manager's attitude and understanding of the situation were such as "does it look like I care". The fact that I went there in person was a clear indication that we are for sure coming. It is sad to see an establishment like this not see the bigger picture and effectively lost a sale of R15k or more. Any of my future international guests visiting Cape Town will definitely not be taken here nor my friends and I.
