Great spa treatment The food and drinks were poor. We had to wait close to an hour for food and the food was very underwhelming. The wors tasted like it was off or cheap. Please do better in that department, otherwise the treatment was good.
I bought pvc wall panels on the 18th of March but my clients were not happy with the color, as I own a renovations company so I brought it back for a refund on the 24th of March, as their policy stipulates that refunds and exchanges are done within 30 days. When I get to the store they tell me they don’t do returns and refunds which contradicts their policy, the manager Shaun didn’t want to come out to deal with this matter and he kept sending people to tell me they don’t do refunds. Luckily I spoke to a gentleman called Aslam Omar who assisted me and orchestrated my refund, he even went as far as calling head office to make my refund cash even though I initially paid by card and they don’t do refunds more than R2500, but he made that happen. It is appalling that we have companies that want to operate in SA but does not want to comply with South African consumer’s acts and laws. Thanks to Aslam and Krish who were very helpful in getting my refund
The bed doctor in Springfield is so horrible, very disrespectful and ******. The owner’s wife insulted my mom, uttered racial slurs and called her a fool for asking for her money, as they sold her a broken bed. Very unprofessional and never experienced such disrespect from a business
I am a contractor and I am currently working on a house renovation in Mtubatuba. I am very disappointed with Buco Mtuba as I had ordered 82 boxes and at first they had put in 62 boxes and one of my guys went to check and only then they realised they put in the wrong number of boxes, and as we are working on the house now, we are seeing that they gave us the wrong tiles to fill to make it 82 boxes. This is very frustrating and inconvenient especially because this is clear to see. Buco needs to do better
I bought a tv online last week on the 20th November and it’s the 25th of November and it still not delivered 🌚 but they state they do same day delivery. When I track the order it has been on “ready to pick up” from last week - I am very upset as I had planned to gift my mom for her birthday and it has passed
Very disappointed with Postnet Louis Trichardt I had sent a package last week Wednesday and I was told it would be delivered to Durban by Thursday or Friday. It is Monday and it is still not delivered, and the lady who was assisting assured me that it would be delivered, and the package really had to be delivered last week and I missed that deadline. I’m am very upset
The FNB in Limpopo Louis Trichardt (Makhado Crossing) is so appalling 😭. The digital machine that dispenses tickets is not working, there’s no one explaining what’s going on, there’s a queue that you follow but you don’t know where the queue ends because everyone is scattered and to make it worse their system is slow and there’s only ONE person working. I have been trying to open a business account for 3 consecutive days and the service has been poor for all those 3 days, I ended up going to another bank, and it’s so disappointing coz I specifically wanted the FNB account.
I’m very disappointed by Netstar. My panic button has not been working, and I contacted Netstar, 2 weeks back, which they conceded and confirmed that they are not receiving any signal when I press. I’m in the 3rd week now and I still haven’t recieved any help, I have been getting case numbers but no progress. I am paying for a product that includes the panic button and a response but I am deprived of that feature, and when I asked what happens when I am in a situation where I need my panic button, they said they don’t know how to answer that. This is my last resort and if this doesn’t get fixed this week, then I will have to change companies
