Rosebank College - Braamfontein - Most effective, efficient and excellent staff
Rosebank College is the best private college in South Africa. You will be treated with decency and respect by every employee, even the highest executives and cleaners. My child was able to enroll for the 2024 semester even though I was far behind on my payments due to their Special Arrangements program. Because of his relocation, my son even got transferred to the Cape Town Campus. I would like to thank Ms. Petunia Nkomo for her wonderful help. What a remarkable, lovely, well-mannered, and professional lady! She constantly checking up on me via WhatsApp messages and phone calls. She will follow up even after work and beyond her regular schedule. The fact that this was not even within her area or purview makes it notable. Among the most kind and modest individuals I have ever encountered are Mr. Melusi Nosengela and Ms. Pertunia Rakgate. If they had not intervened and successfully argued my case, my child would not have been able to complete his education. Best Internet Service Provider in the country.
I was in default on my account due to load shedding and short time worked. Home-Connect maintains my connectivity and even provides me with a fresh activation. This is unusual for an ISP and outstanding service. Their internet quality of speed and service is superior. No throttle, or trying to lock you into pricing schemes. Their WHATSAPP service is very responsive. Always online and responses are almost immediate. No need to queue in calls, they call you back. Home-Connect understands how important it is to deliver top-notch customer service. Phumelela Buthelezi, the advisor, was extremely helpful and professional. Most disgusting bus company in SA
The bus from Cape Town to Johannesburg was stuck in Wolmerans, about 280 kilometers from Johannesburg, around 6:30 a.m. today. The replacement bus did not arrive until 14:00. Previously the most trusted bus service, it is now the most incompetent and disgusting service. They are still using buses from 30 years ago that are frequently stuck on the road. The backup bus arrived almost a day later. It's heartbreaking to see such a successful company run itself into the ground. I was 10 minutes late and have to get an affidavit from SAPS and a hospital admittance letter and still the refund or rebooking was denied.
