Yesterday afternoon just before 4,we had a bad customer service at Alberton CMH, Me and my friend went car shopping but one of the sales was irritated by our presence, instead of assisting us and helping us with information as first time buyers, he left us and went to chit chat with his fellow colleagues who are cleaners, very disappointed, especially that I rather go to Menlyn Toyota that is far from me then getting helping from a Toyota near me.
On the 15th of September 2025, SuperSpar Supermarket in LETSOHO shopping center in Katlehong had a techinal glitch with their paypoint machine, what happen is that my bank account was debited twice, I was told to comeback the following day to solve the issue, the following day I was asked to go my bank to reverse the money, the money couldn't be reserved by my bank because the bank said I must go back to merchant, which is SuperSpar Supermarket in LETSOHO Katlehong because the amount remained at pending, I waited until the money was cleared, I then went back to SuperSpar Supermarket on Saturday the 20th 2025 with my bank statement to indicate that indeed my account was debited twice on the said day, they told me to come back on Monday because the personal working at the office are not on duty. Monday the 22nd of September 2025 I went back, I was informed I am not the only consumer that was debited twice and the person working on reimbur*****t said she will only reimburse our money once she has surplus of money to reimburse us, meaning if she doesn't have surplus I will not receive my money, this is disappointing because I am spending money going back and forth to receive what belongs to me, unfortunately the personal at SuperSpar do not wear name tags on them, so it's difficult to pin their names on this review. I was this number and email to contact 0871600830 /maluleke.netative.co.za but have not utilized them because I feel like SuperSpar Supermarket LETSOHO Katlehong should be the one making sure I get my hard earned money back.
Ikeja is the worst service provider they are quick to turn off your internet connection when you do not pay on the first day of the month however they are very slow in fixing errors when it comes to internet access, it takes seven days for them to services their customers after lodging a problem.I don't understand why they take on customers when they cannot service them on time. Their internet signal is not strong, when there is wind and rain it doesn't work, most of the time it is buffering, so I don't advise anyone to use the wifi network, very disappointing internet provider. To them money is first, customer service Never.
This afternoon just after 16:00, I was a PEP stores Letshoho shopping centre in katlehong,I entered the store with my hand bag that had all my personal belonging,inside the bag I had wet wipes that are PEP brand,upon leaving the store my bag was searched and the wet wipes where found in my bag,the lady by the name of Dude quickly accused me of stealing,I explained to her that I had bought the wet wipes the previous day at PEP Alberton,I further open my bank app to show her my transaction that I was at PEP stores,she called her Manager by the name of Paulina who embarrassed me in front of other customers and took my wet wipes away,if I indeed steal the wet wipes why did they get me arrested for theft and why didnt they take my details for record should I want to go get my wet wipes because I do have the proof of purchase with me here at home,Im a regular customer at PEP stores and this is not the first time Dudu has mistreated me,she always has a bad attitude towards customers as if we are there to beg,Im not happy with the way I was treated and I deserve an apology.
First we wouldn't have come to Hello Peter if our calls and messages to Benvenuti were not ignored. Responding to the photo booth lady you are correct some of our learners were under the influence but they did not enter the hall with alcohol because it was confiscated, you also correct that I asked to take the photos of our learners for safe keeping but not all learners that took pictures received their photos,we are yet to receive the soft copy, with regards to the food your food was not up to standard, I understand that you want to defend and protect your friends business, when we left we spoke to the Manager of the evening, if anything was broken, the only thing she confirmed that was broken was one glass at the welcoming drinks station, with regards to throwing of chairs in the air that is blunted lie, unfortunately we will go back and forth accusing and painting each other with a bad brush with this and that but bottom of the line is the fact that when trying to contact Benvenuti we were ignored as if we don't matter which is totally not ethical in regards to Business as a customer I am disappointed especially of the fact that when we wanted our breakage fee refund which we were promised we were ignored.
We booked Benvenuti wedding for our 2022 matric dance which was on the 30th of September, we paid over a R100000 thousand only for our kids to eat food that was off, the juice that was served to our kids was the cheapest from the shelf, we were not safisfied at all, on top of that we were supposed to get a refund of a breakage fee, when we call her she doesn't respond to our calls and ignores our messages.
