Sibanye stillwater is the worst company to work for, my husband was medical borded and they took him off his medical aid and they expect him to live of R700 000 for the rest of his life, he will never be able to work again and they medical borded him and the refuse to pay his medical aid and they don't even give hi 75% of his salary monthly they just cut him off like he is worth nothing after more than 15 year of service.
I did the withdrawal request on the 16th of September and the SARS clearance was completed on the 8th of Oktober but still no payment was received. I phoned numerous times and with each call the log a query and no one gets back to me regarding this matter every time it get escalated but nothing is happening on my claim and no one can give me feedback.
The worst client service. Bussy more than a month to load a disability claim and no one phones you back or gives email updates nothing has been done to this claim the only reply I get is from the auto reply
I went to Westpack express in Safarie gardens Rustenburg on the 19th of March 2024. One of the staff members was bussy packaging the shelfs and spilled bubble bath on the floor he didn't put up a sign to say that he spilled or that the floor is wet as I was bussy looking on the shelf I slipped in the bubbel bath as I was not aware of the spilled bubble bath I hit my back and head against the steel shelf and with the inpact of the fall I injured my back and cocix (back bone) I completed al the documents in the store and no one is getting back to me I went to the Dr and he sent me for xrays and to the physio I cant keep on taking this from my medical aid as westpack is responsible for the fees and no one is coming back to me regarding this

Then they only notify my today the 21st of September that I need to load 2claims for the 2 compartments that broke down so now I have to start the processes from the start.

Storm damage. We had storm damage in Desember the claim was loaded immediately and they only paid out R18400 and when I got quotations all my quotations was R62000 I sent them all the quotations and requested a call back They are refusing to pay for fixing thr roof as it was not built correct but I didnt build the house and bought it as is and to my knowledge this should be paid to fix and Im not the one responsible to pay it out of my pocket every quote was sent in with photos ons the 28th of Feb and still no feedback I need to fix the house as it cant stay like this
I phoned outsurance on Friday the 14th of October for structure damag to my outside wall that is bussy falling over. The assessor came to do the assesment and told me that this is a structure problem and that the insurance needs to pay for this. Inside the house the walls ar also cracking and the tiles where all seams are the assessor told me that this is the foundations that is setteling but how is it possible that it is only after 20 years? Now outsurans is revusing to pay for my outside wall that is bussy falling and it's going to leave my house open for any one to come in
