The service from Cure day hospital in Paarl was great, it's a pity that the admin team is not able to assist clients with the necessary urgency. We had to pay cash to use the hospitals facilities and were entitled to a refund, Baleseng Kutu reached out to us via email to get the documents needed to process the refund that was on 01 September, we sent the documents, after following up again Baleseng stated that she could not open the attachments instead of telling us when she received the email. We resent the documents and still to date she has not confirmed that the documents were received or sent back any sort of information. It's been almost 2 months can we please get the necessary assistance to get our refund
Received excellent from Layla she was very patient and understanding and called back every time the call cut very friendly and helpful would give 10 stars if I could!
Went to McDonald's Paarl (cnr Jan van Riebeeck), we paid just after loadshedding, I included 2 happy meals for my boys in my order. Usually we get the toys after we pay, I assumed for whatever reason that the toys were in the happy meal boxes, we get home and there's no toys for my kids. Needless to say they were very upset about not getting the toys and it was quite late to go back for toys, the lady that assisted us also took our invoice so we had no proof that we bought the food except a bank statement. I Had to let my kids open a gift on Christmas eve so they could forget about the McDonald's toys :-(. Please do better McDonald's your staff is so distracted by Mr D orders they don't do their jobs properly, got half my order then waited for them to give food to the delivery guy before I got the rest of my order, had to also remind them to make my McFlurry.
I just had a great experience with Moment agent Tawfeeq Saint he had high energy levels, and also offered me an excellent premium :-) I chose Momentum as I was told by a friend what excellent service they provide and I'm happy to say so far everyone has been very helpful, I received my updated policy even before I dropped the call! Keep up the great work Momentum
