Had a very bad experience. They sold RMA to consolidate insurence instead they deducted money but consolidation wasn't done. I've been battling to get refund in the past 2 months. The last lie I heard was when I was tod the money has been deposited into my account when I ask that to be writing they send me their personal numbers. Mine is to report to Ombusdsman now. After xancellation they continued to access my records, for what?
Bad experience till date I have not received refund on non consolidated policy. I was referred to Matla Broker to attend to this but they keep on playing hide and seek

Bad experience. I trusted the lady who promised to consolidate instead they opened a new policy under my name. Will and life cover with Capital but nothing was stated on a will either, no witnesses nothing. I've been struggling to get refund they send me from pillar to post. Now am receiving policy cancellation from old policy. My documents are showing someone else instead of a person that made me apply for policy. Now they are ignoring my calls
I wouldn't recommend. Made me to cancel my existing policies now am paying double. No policy contacts nothing. The worst part they do not respond to calls and reps refuse to give correct email addresses. I've been sent from pillar to post to get a refund now I will report to Ombudsman

Very bad experience with so called internal dispute. I am still not happy with the result. I asked Tshepo to send me our last recording despite that I asked him to send all recordings from onboarding. I still do not understand a person of his calibre when he failed to read a vehicle was used without my consent. He also admitted that my contract had an error that was done by the person who crafted my contract. Also I think he is the last person to tell me about fare paying passengers as if he himself is immune from lift clubs. Since when is that regarded as business for interest sake You? He closed internal dispute but I won't end there I'll continue rating you 1 star until someone respond. I wanted all recordings from onboarding till the recent one. I still maintain that a contract that was issued was wrong. How can a legal literate person fail to tell when a simple contract is wrong because of one word that changed the whole understanding? I won't keep quite unfortunately
VERY rude Senior consultant Investigator. I've never seen such a rude person towards a woman. Never feel disrespected and undermined. Where are the recordings that your Senior consultant claimed he listened to all of them. Now when I want to listen the same it takes more than a month? Did you even bother to see that a contact had ambiguous words? He came when I was at my lowest now am ready for action. It took less than 10 days to decide that a claim is rejected. Let alone that I was compelled to show private conversations by a person sent by Budget insurence . ************ tactics and premature investigation. If you appeal you get same results, and you will be caused to wait more. I had still wanted recordings on 10 Nov. Till date there's nothing. No feedback and time is running out Ombuds want the same information they are holding for nothing. I will never be tired of 1 star rating. I never forced anyone to approve or decline what I need now is transparency . Who even gave 3rd party my number to ask for information from me?
I asked for onboarding recordings since the Investigator alleged that they listened to all recordings and find my self as not eligible to claim. I provided a case number, last week it was a court date. Till date there's nothing. I was told to wait for 48hrs. They declined my claim and I appealed. It's almost a month now when I email intrrnal dispute am not getting any feedback. On the other hand a Third party calls me to get hold of them
Very bad experience. Car is a writeoff, claim declined but I didn't consent incident driver. I asked for onbording recordings to listen why my claim is declined they told me to open a link. App is also difficult to download a policy contract and not user friendly. Terms and conditions are videos which requires data. 2nd reason was also regarded as fare collecting user but the vehicle was used without my consent on a Sunday and there were no kids inside either. Contract has hidden links of terms and conditions that I can't open even today. I liked because of positive reviews don't want to lie. I overlooked wht I've heard pple saying they were good in smaller claims but when a bigger problem happen they distance themselves. I believe the same now. Am paying an optional cover for courtesy car that was granted for30 days. After declining my claim I was told by investigating officer to return vehicle within 24hours of which I did. 21 Oct 2024 but today am sitting with no car. Let alone being shouted at and not being given a chance to even finish a sentence, you'd swear there is a personal vandator. If I my put it correctly, I felt so small especially when words are put into my mouth like that. Words like "Yheee sis kudala ndikuxelela uba yeka ufonela mna" Yhoo am shattered and very disappointed . I was very cooperative in terms of all the information that was needed but the way it was biased is on another level.
