Horrible service at city lodge
Booked in the city lodge in Hartfield, horrible service from the male waiter called John. Ha gave me the wrong information and then ignored. The food was bad, the chicken was cold and not fresh. They cooked pap with only baked potatoes as a salad. I must say the standard has dropped since the last time I was here.

theft at city lodge hotel
I spent two nights at city lodge in morningside and i unfortunately forgot my sneakers and iron in my room 55. When i called later that day to enquire about them, i was told i didnt leave anything in that room. The people who responded to my call were so rude and didnt show any kind of remorse. Looks like theft is the order of the day in this hotel. Last night i called and threatened to report the matter to the police and when i arrive this morning my stuff just by some form of miracle appear from housekeeping. The very same house keeping that said i didnt leave anything.

Racist service
Went to supa quick welkom for exhaust check and got bad service and racist attitude from Gareth. A young white male who treated me in the worst way ever. I will never go back there again.

Let me thank the team at CUT, especially Mr. Kenneth Motloheloa and Ms. Nketa Leteane, for never losing patience with me and consistently replying to my numerous irksome emails. Dstv bad servicw
Ive recieved such bad service from dstv. They are deducting money from my account without authorisation. They have charged me over R700 for no reason and they cant explain why.
