I NEED URGENT ASSISTANCE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
PLEASE, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FROM FNB. I have beed on Debt Review, and needs to be cleared on your system. I have sent all applicable documentation together with my Clearance Certificate MORE THAN 43 TIMES VIA EMAIL. The debt Counselor has also sent the documents, but NOTHING IS HAPPENING. But pay up all your accounts AND ASK FOR A SETTLEMENT LETTER, IT TAKES DAY'S. IS IT SOOOOO DIFFICULT TO DO THAT FOR YOUR LONG LIFE CLIENTS FNB?????????????????????????? When I phoned you client service personnel say's I need to be patient and I must understand that people are on leave..... IS IT MY PROBLEME!!!!!!!!!!????????????/

Very Very bad client support
Afrihost and Metrofibe you are a f.....g discrace. I pay over a R1000 pm for 250meg up and down and is only revieving 89mb at its best. And you cant help me. W.F.

Legal action
Please be careful, i have now taken further steps against them bu means of legal servirces with cost. And i have opened an investigation by a Government Department. This cannot go on. They are bull****ting me for months.

STAY AWAY
I'm so discussed in your support. I Paid you a lot of money to take me of Debt Review. You do not phone me back, you what's app and reply day's later. When I ask for the Lawyers number to contact them you give me the debt review company's number. Its been months now. I HAVE NO CHOISE BUT TO REPORT THIS MATTER TO THE NCR, FOR A FULL INVESTIGATION. You always ask to give you a good review on Hello Peter after you did something for me, but in the mean time you do nothing going forward. I HAD IT WITH YOU NOW. I WILL NAME AND SHAME YOUR COMPANY ON EVERY SOCIAL NETWORK SIS ON YOU.
