Disappointed
I booked a spa voucher and once I contacted the email on the voucher I was able to secure a time and date for treatment ,however when I inquired about Spa location they ghosted me .This site is a is a true disappointment ,I want my money back and the support email doesn’t even bother to respond to your email

I’ve been having unresolved issues at Waterfall campus but when I got through to reception Tshepang really went over and above to ensure that my issues were at least addressed
