Worst company ever
If there was n zero stars that is what i would give them i sold my vehicle and now when i phoned to inform them that they must please cancel it thy told me i needed to pay R2000 to cancel due to the contract and that was never explained to me when i called them the lady was rude who i spoke to and it a absolute horrible and ***** way to do business how can they expect you to pay for something you don’t have at the end of the day they have debit double on my account more than once as well Very disappointed in there service i have no words to describe how ****ed i am Please never use them

Will not recommend this place to anyone
This was the absolute worst camping experience i have ever had Myself and my Family went there for December Holiday’s 2024 The water was smelly , stained our swimming clothes you could not even see the bottom of the pool No life guards on site No toilet paper No “ bad prop “ No control over music in the evening Dogs swimming in the pools Ground is extremely hard Showers dirty The shop on premises very rude Sewerage smell all around camp site Premises is very dirty We have lodge a complaint with them and the did not even say sorry , they don’t have the decency to even get back to us My Grandmother was with us and she was sick in hospital for more then a week Till date i have not been able to get the stains out of the swim wear and i needed to wash my multiple times just to get the smell of the water out , my Wife needed to go and dye her hair to get the green stains out. I feel that they are a unsafe environment and i would not recommend it to anybody.

Bad service Rude Manager
I was by Papachinos for family of mine for there childs 1ste birthday party My Grandfather was there and was treated very I'll by the Manager when asking for another table because the sun was to much for him he is nearly 70 and was tretend and disrespected by the Manager. The Manager throug away the Menu and took away there food by the other table and told My Grandfather that he should not try him in an disrespectful way i feel no person should be treated like that expressly an elder man very very rude manager and very disappointed
