Phone fell out of my jacket, phoned driver 2min later. Had to pay a R1000 bribe to get my phone back. No emergency customer service to help!!!!! R2640 out of my account on Sunday trying to get from OR Tambo to Pretoria. Booked trip and paid with no receipt or conformation or driver to pick me up. Uber cannot help me because the “trips” are not on my app history- my recent activity. Sent mails and tried everything. No UBER customer service. They stole my money.
Still paying for my cancellation since last year November. Had x2 cancellations mails confirming my cancellation. But every month I get a sms or call my debit order failed. On my “customer zone” I do not even have any services with Web Africa…..but I still have to pay? No services no payment guys. The router has been inactive since last year August. And I am still paying my account because customer services need a month to cancel my contract. Every time a different story. Now I get phone calls from My Broadband because Web Africa owes them money and I have to also cancel my contract with them. I paid my dues even for 6 months using another service. Just let me go please.
No rooms available upon arrival 14:00 clock in. We had to get ready for a wedding in 1 room when we were booked in 4 rooms. No warm water when they knew the boiler burst that morning without telling guests staying there for a wedding that have to get dressed. Rooms are dirty and linen and furniture old and broken. Blinds on windows broken. No aircon remote. X1 Towel in bathroom. Bath and basin dirty. Had to drive back to Pretoria at 23:00 because they could’t get the right room keys for our other rooms that we booked. So we paid for nothing. Restaurant and bar closed. Staff not willing to help with any problems. No communication. Place really needs a renovation or else they must take down the photos on their website, nothing even comes close to the pictures posted there.
