Not me taking a life cover in 2014 while I was financially unable to. The consultant whom I cannot recall visited my office and urged me to take a 4sure life cover policy. But when I told him, I was not in good shape financially, he persuaded me by telling me that the policy was like an investment because after 10 years I will receive all my premiums back. I then took the said policy. Yesterday after finding out that I was eligible for cash back, I was so excited because I have been coughing out premiums of up to R879 per month. I excitedly contacted their offices to process my claim, only to find out that I'm only eligible for 10% of my premiums. My heart broke into so many pieces, to think, I had waited so many years to be refunded of my premiums. I will never forget the pain I felt. I then remembered how broke I was when I took that policy and the salesman persuaded me into taking it. I regret taking that policy, I am in so much pain that so much money I paid has been falsely invested. I am in the process of cancelling this expensive policy and getting a reasonable one elsewhere. I have never been so sad in my life. 😭😭😭
Recently booked for a vacation and I received a voucher from Booking.com which decreased my fare. I'm so excited and I'm happy using booking.com they have never dissapointed me.
I am utterly disgusted with the Ballito backpackers We were sold lies on the internet. We made a booking online for the 13th to the 15th. Only to find that what was online was totally different from the actual place. We told the manager what we saw online and his response was that we mustn't compare the place with online pictures. He was utterly rude and the room that he gave us was so small with double bunk beds, no windows, one toilet and shower, mind you there were eight of us and three suffered sinus problems and one was asthmatic. When we told the manager of our health he blatantly refused to listen to us. We then asked for our money back so we could book elsewhere and he told us that he's not refunding a cent to us. We had to leave and book elsewhere for our health and safety. We require some sort of percentage from Ballito backpackers because it is unfair that they advertised lies and we paid in full for three days and yet we couldn't stay even one hour.
I would like to commend Nonku from Standard Bank who assisted me with some documents I needed from my home loan file. She was very friendly, she took her time and assisted me further with other documents that was difficult to find. She asked me to hang up and that she'd call me as soon as she finds it. After two hours she called back and had found what I needed and she emailed it to me right away. It was a pleasure being assisted by her and wish she could be compensated somehow for her patience and dedication. Thank you so much Nonku

In 2018 January I made a order on my account number 245826012 of a Phoebe ottoman which was about two thousand three hundred rand, my instalment was about two hundred and six rand forty seven cent.If I'm not mistaken it was end of much when an amount of over two thousand rand was deducted from my bank account by Home choice, I reversed the transection.Home choice consultant called me about the payment she further informed me that there was another order of a three seater and one seater that was made on my account,I told her I didn't know anything about that,I was asked to send an affidavit the account will be freezed pending the investigation. I will be informed when the is done. In 2020 i don't remember the month I kept received calls from home choice and was told that my account was in areas and i should pay,I explained again that some were bought fraudulent on my account, I was asked to pay for what I know. I asked if they give a settlement amount for that,I was told that they can not be able to separate the amount. I couldn't pay for something I did not know,I was asked to send an affidavit again which I did. Last week on Tuesday first 2022 my husband was trying to apply for a home loan and he was told that he doesn't not qualify because I was on areas on the Home choice account. I made a phone call to Home choice on different occasions speaking to different consultant who kept on saying they will speak to their manager an get back to me, one of the consultant I spoke introduce himself as Apha Zuma. I kept calling until one put me through fraud department where the lady I spoke asked me to email the old affidavit that I had sent in 2020 which I did. The following day I called to find out if the email, the lady at fraud department told me that the account has been blocked pending the investigation which will take thirty days, I told her I didn't have that long time wait because we need the money as the construction at has already started. I asked that she sends me a confirmation letter or proof that the account is blocked and under investigation.i gave her my email address. I never received anything from Home choice fraud department until on Sunday the sivth when my Vodacom number ****** which I've had for 18 years was blocked. Yesterday 2022/11/07 I called home choice for a follow up on the email and gave them my husband email since my number was not blocked at the time, I was told that I must send them my details via that email so they can respond to it since they having difficulties sending me an email on it. I did that it turns out their email that they gave me was blocked I couldn't send anything to. I'm sitting with the problem of fraudulent account which is accumulating areas on my name. Since last week my life is a mess and I can't seem to get help from Home choice.</div>
