Bad service
Bought a New Ford Tourneo X from MMU Group Ford Mahikeng. They got a speeding fine with the Land Rover Defender I traded in. Ive sent the ticket to them on the 8 th of September. Almost 2 months now. I have to constantly remind them. Nothing happens. They don't want go supply me with names and cell numbers of head office in Johannesburg. Looks like head office or the DP is useless or to important. Sales and finance with the Ford dealership gave me good service.

Warranty claim with no feedback
Struggling since 21 July 2022 with a mattress claim. Spoke to Tyler at first. No feedback. Now working working with Zakhele. He is awaiting feedback from Nancy. Marnay, Jacky and Wendy is also copied. Looks like they are on the Universe bedding side. We have sent all the videos and pics they needed. Nothing came from it. No feedback, nothing.
