NOT WORTH THE EFFORT
When you apply online, everyone bombards you with calls to get you signed up, but as soon as you actually start the process, it’s dead silence. Emails and calls take forever to be answered, and getting the details you need to complete applications is a nightmare. The portal is unreliable, constantly breaking, and logging in is a struggle every time. Communication is poor and frustrating, making the entire experience not worth studying with them.

Horrid service!
Horrible! Opened a ***** case with FNB, no one has helped me yet! Came to HP to complain almost immediately o got a customer care and guess what THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME YET! Not the customer care nor the ***** department. Mind you my ***** case was opened on the 3rd of January Beverly Nukeri, your service is horrid! And to customer care - thanks for not calling me since the 10th of Feb! Customer care case number - 5761885NF

FNB ***** - USELESS!!
I opened a ***** case on the 2nd of Jan 2024, to THIS DAY not one single investigator has contscted me. I have escalated the case more that 6 times. Beverly Nukeri ( tje person assigned to my case) is always "out of office" or "busy". No response in email from FNB updating me on my case, no help from Beverly or the call centre either. We sent them everything that was needed. FNB this is the worst service I've ever recieved. Who's going to compensate for ****** money? YOU? On the verge of banking else where

Cash back?
I wrote a good reveiw a feew weeks ago.. I take it all back .. I ordered a few things , they delivered some , the other was out of stock. They let me know so I asked for a cash back. It's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't seen my money. I email them day after day and all they say is "we esculated the matter to the finance dspartment" Tired of this excuse.. Horrible customer service they typically take a week to reply to emails. @Snatcher I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
