Ok what about non consideration about customers future regarding the funds that the customers invest in this investment whereby they are not covered for natural cause of death or funeral cover all years of paying for something that is not benefiting the customers at all waste of time and energy and money for nothing i have paid into Platinum Life for almost 10 yrs just to find out i have no benefits or o refunds status all my no money up i flames not worth it South Africans
Poor services.In 2021 i app**** fir a contract for two cell phones on one contract.I work for the Gauteng Health Dept on a contract basus on a 12 month basis. In 2022 my contract had to be renewed so i dud not receuve my stipend(salary) for three (3)months which means i did not pay my installments for 3(three) months to Telkom but i got paid in the fourht (4) month alk my stipend.Telkom was supposed to deduct 3 (three) months installments from ny bank account instead Telkom deducted for 4 ( four) months without my oermission and deducted again for the same month which means Telkom deducted for five (5) months instead of three(3) months according to our contract agreement. This put me in a financial situation which i did not plan for.I logged a complaint with the Trlkom branch at Southgate nothing came of it. In 2023 tge same thing happened again regarding my accout with Telkom .My contract with Telkom was for 24 months which means in June/July my contract should be fully paid uo but no Telkom consultants told me my contract ends in October 2023 Since June alk my benefits ot data abd aurtime was suspended I receive my invoice via my email address stating that i owe Telkom a huge amount in arrears since June 2023 until December 2023.On enquiring about this with Telkom custumer care i was informed by the consultants that is what i owe but i am not receiving any cintract benefits. So what am i paying. The Telkom consultant told me i must cancel my contract.Custumer services require a company ti notify their clients of their contracts ending an if the cutomers wishes to continue on a month to months basis but not with Telkom who bullies costomers into subscribers into a month to month basis.I cancelled my contract with Telkom but Telkom still deducted money from my bank account.Thus morning 13 April 2024 Telkoms lawyers contacted me for the money i owe Telkom. If anybody's considering signing a contract with Telkom my advice to think first before you contract any services from Telkom. A bad company to do business with trust me
