On the 14/01/2025 I bought some underwears at trade route mall the hub. The lady by the name of Hlekulani Macheke helped me. The following day I tried returning some of the underwears and the manager called Sibusiso was very rude and asked me if I didn't see so many signs that states that underwears are not returnable. My question was did you train your staff to disclose that information because I'm heavily preg I can't be going around and reading everything, he said we should call the lady. She came and didn't even greet me, her answer was I did disclose and she truly did not otherwise why would I go back to do such if I was told. Then they both left me like a fool at the counter and carried on with their duties. I asked for the manager to please ask the lady to give me back my money from her pocket then he said that's impossible. And I asked are you not at least going to apologize or ask the lady to apologize? He laughed and left. When I told the lady that I'm going to report her she said go ahead. I told her that I'm going to get my money back so nice, she didn't even show remorse or whatsoever.
I'm assaulted by a lady at the ATM because of the BBC that is working at capitec South gate. I am scared and traumatized by the encounter. The BBC was unprofessional and had no business in hearing us out. Her name is Pano at branch NY73

I paid them on the 17th of July and they said I should send them proof of payment, and I did for me to receive paid up letters for capfin and truworths. now I'm receiving non payment smses instead of paid up letters. and it is crucial for my name to be cleared as Im in the FSP industry and I can't be insolvent. email is collectionqueries@rebinc.co.za

I have paid my registration fee in January only to be told by Priscilla Mthiyane and Clint Hufkie that they will push my registration for the next semester. I have been getting this treatment from thebecause I demanded answer of the error made from milpark. a simple apology would have done. I need my registration attended to by head of school. I have proof that it was delayed deliberately. head of school of financial planning Ms Pietro Odendaal may she intervene because her team is unethical. I have been working on probation there since the 15th of September 2022. I was never given a contract same day I only got a week later. I worked there as a parts sales lady so I worked on someone else's credentials login details. which is against the law. the manager did not train me because few days later he started calling me baby, my person even said I should tell my mom that he is the son in law. I showed him that I don't like it instead he started treating me bad. I tried logging the grievance his boss said it could take a while he will talk to him. on the 15/12/22 he went on leave and I was left to work with the other person's password for the whole week. yesterday I received a WhatsApp stating I'm dismissed. reason being I was not permanent. no probation procedures were taken or whatsoever.
