I’m very frustrated , I took my Nissan magnite to the dealer on the 6th of September 2023. It had an engine problem which showed anti pollution signs on the dash board. I have laid a complaint with Nissan SA , at the beginning of December they said they have changed the whole entire engine because they couldn’t fix it, now they said they are waiting for police clearance certificate which they don’t know for how long ( mind you this process takes about 2 days) and I have been waiting for weeks now. They don’t call unless you call to update you. The Nissan SA customer service lack’s problem solving skills. No solution from them at all.now i dont want this car , i just want them to cancel the deal because the car was less than 8 months when the problem started and i dont even believe that they changed the engine Someone please help me, I’m just a single black woman whom is not taken seriously by the dealership. Anyone who can assist me please
I took my Nissan magnite that had an engine light problem after 8 months in possession. This is a brand new car, it’s been about 3 months since it’s been with the dealership, I layed a complaint with customer service and nothing has been resolved. I expressed my concerns and asked for another car or they it back because clearly this car is faulty and not safe for me to continue driving it,even their technician can’t resolve the problem. They gave me a rental car instead which is inconveniencing me because it takes a lot of petrol compared to the car I bought and besides it’s not what I’m paying for every month. I want to change my insurance I can’t do that either. Someone please help because these people are not taking me seriously because I’m just single black woman who doesn’t have any one to help me. I don’t want their car anymore, I want them to pay off their car with the bank.
Nissan magnite is an unreliable brand and Nissan customer service is even worse. I bought a brand new Nissan magnite in December 2022 8 months later the engine light is on and this 2 months after it’s first service, i took it back to Nissan service centre on the 5th of september 2023 and I was promised the car would be ready the following day. Till today they can’t fix the problem, and I have been promised a courtesy car but that is not happening too , every time I call go update I’m promised tomorrow like a kid. I tried to call SA Nissan customer service but they failed to assist me. They never called to find out if my issue was resolved I am now going to the 3rd week. And this is disrupting my work and finances as I have to pay extra to get to work I don’t want anything to do with nissan brand , it’s very frustrating to be .without a car for two weeks and no any alternative from the dealership this car brand that is unreliable I don’t know what will be the next problem on the car if they give it back I am going to write to the ombudsman, they must just reverse the who deal and relate their car back, I will find another car brand.
This is the worst car insurance company, I was in a car accident on the 28th of October I notified them and they asked me to send them documents and I did , after that is was quiet, no communication nothing, i called everyday from that day and i’m sent pillar to post , one day they have received the documents and the next they didn’t, how can validating a claim take 15-20 days, when will the claim be processed, i travel work with the car daily, now i don’t have a car but i will be paying for the car, what the use of this insurance if they can’t assist when you are vulnerable
