i had a call around 9 am from 064 660 1942,a lady told me about the special homechoice was running a always.I told her that i was not interested and she asked me why and i told her that was non of her business, boom she said : 'isibhanxa (stupid) lesi' .Seriously we understand the working conditions and the fact that you harass us with your calls everyday and we end up getting irritated just to answer your calls but is it professional to call an existing client stupid
My name is Rose,currently based in Kzn,I called the store about a Payen car gasket, I was told to place an order and pay the deposit.I sent my friend to pay the full amount.On the following day I was called to fetch stock,my friend went to the store,collected and sent the item by paxi courier service only to find out upon opening the parcel that it was a wrong gasket. I called the store, explained and they told me that the supplier gave them the wrong item and I must return for a refund.I decided to be calm under the circumstances. Item was sent back to the store after spending another R100 on paxi courier, the guys at the shop demanded the physical invoice that we no longer have, we only have a picture since we were communication via whatsapp when this transaction was done.my friend was told to come back on Monday and speak to the manager as he is the only person who will be able to assist with this situation.I am so disappointed, what a terrible service and money waisting exercise
