Nedbank Traderote Mall Complaint Against Nedbank Traderote Mall Branch – Poor Service and Lack of Urgency I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service my co-account holders and I received at the Nedbank branch in Traderote Mall On the 30, we went to the branch to withdraw money from our burial account, which is managed by three people. Upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that the account had been blocked. What was even more frustrating was that no means of communication was done prior from their head office to any of the 3 members. We explained that the other member is currently in Limpopo we cannot verify without her. Furthermore, the waiting period at this branch is unacceptable. Customers are left unattended for extended periods, and there appears to be no sense of urgency or commitment to resolving critical issues such as blocked accounts. For a financial institution entrusted with safeguarding people’s money, this kind of service is deeply concerning and unprofessional. We expect Nedbank to: 1. Urgently investigate why the account was blocked, without any means of communication. 2. Provide clear communication and updates regarding the status of the account. 3. Improve customer service at the Traderote Mall branch, ensuring that clients receive timely assistance when facing urgent financial matters. Stallion security company is giving learnership. My son was attending for the past 3 months. The were supposed to be placed by now. He has been running around for 2 weeks. They call him any time and expect him to jump when he gets there the manager and supervisor are not there. He spends money to go to Johannesburg. Yesterday he was called at 10pm and he was told to report to their office at 5:30, guess what his still sitting there in this cold. The supervisor and the manager are not where to be found. Their phones are off. Why are they doing this.
Standard Bank home insurance is the worst. They can't help me and it's the second time now. Called and send emails nothing
