From the outset last Tuesday 25th Feb..when flooding occurred,Andre Engelbrecht handled my claim very efficiently and promptly. Today the 3rd March I've been compensated adequately for damages and loss of contents. It's so good and to have peace of mind knowing Miway lives up to its promises

I was on my way to the panel beater to fix my initial fender bender when a motorist hit me from behind,totally wrecking my bumper. At the panel beater workshop..I was calmed down and graciously advised to put in a second claim to Outsurance. Mish Oliphant from Outsurance very efficiently processed my claim and ensured the current service provider repair my vehicle. She also ensured their legal Dept follow up with the other party to claim back my second access. In this day and age when one hears of shoddy after sales service..it's so good to know I chose a reputable and customer driven insurance company like Outsurance.

I recently visited Queenspark Clothing store in Pavilion Dbn,and was most impressed with the quality and styling of the garments. They have stores in major malls and the outlay and layout of the stores are very appealing. I always find a good bargain or two during their regular sales The saleslady was most efficient and even reserved a men's jacket on sale for me. Queenspark may not carry international branded names but I think their good image and quality is my new brand for ๐!
I went for a meal at John Dory Pavilion.I placed my order ..which was just a simple hake,fish n chips. The waitron. asked if I wanted a starter..so I said yes. The starter of a simple cheese melted bun..took 15 Min to arrive ..then the main meal 5 Min later. It is not good customer service!! Starter should be within 5 to 10 Min..cos a person is hungry so one appeases the hunger by the starter ..it doesn't make sense to eat yr starter then yr main meal arrives 5 Min later.. Please train staff to be aware of these scenarios
