I bought a new unit from RIC Development thinking it was good investment but unfortunately it turned out to be my worst nightmare. Firstly there were issues with the dates for handing over the apartment. There was 3 months delay for occupation. Within a month of occupation, i had plumbing problems, there were leaks on the kitchen sink, blocked shower and toilet was not flushing properly. I tried reporting the issues and they only got resolved after numerous phone calls and emails. 1 year later my floor started making squeaky noise as if the tiles were getting lifted from the floor. 2 months later the tiles started popping up. I could not even close my bedroom door. It’s always difficult to talk to them, the receptionist will transfer you from person to another. As for emails, they never bother to respond to them. Not only the tiles have been a problem but I noticed that they use cheap materials and have poor workmanship. My stove turned black the first time i cooked. There is a crack on the wall, the bedroom cupboards were not properly installed. If I knew better, I would have never opted for RIC Development.
The member gave me the assistance that I needed and went an extra mile to call and confirm if my request was conducted successfully.
I bought a Samsung Tablet S6 LTE in Samsung Sandton City on the 22 Oct 2022. Been struggling to register the device on Samsung Care+ for the pass day. I even went to a Samsung store and also call the Customer Service but no assistance. When i try to register the device online, it says ‘This device is not purchased in the same county where your Samsung care+ was joined. I have been selecting South Africa when I try to register but still nothing till today. Its the 18 of Nov and I am running out of the 30 days. Please assist
