Signed up for avatrade about 2 weeks ago and they called me to find out what I will be doing and so forth .. I asked him if they are going to continue calling me, he said no … Just got a call from Avatrade and the same guy speaks to me because there is no activity on my app because I haven’t done anything yet , i told him , i will use it sometime but now now, just downloaded the app to see whats happening and how it is … I asked him to stop calling me and as I was busy talking, he hung up in my ears , EXTREMELY rude …
I get calls everyday from them , today was the first day answering. To add on , I don’t have an account at Mr Price and dont ever buy from them. The person on the other side of the phone was so rude and put the phone down in my ear. Literally 4 minutes later , another mr price person called me and asked me exactly the same questions I WILL NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT AT MR PRICE , and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, not ONE of their shops STOP CALLING ME !
I get almost 3 calls EVERYDAY telling me I can upgrade , I KNOW THAT ALREADY Horrible from their side and will not recommend MTN to anyone !
Firstly … I wish there was a button to give them 0 stars instead of 1 … a month ago I asked them if they can reset my account because it has been declined when I wanted to open a account with them … they said it will take 24-48 hours , called them a few days later , they said 2-7 working days , called them again a few days later , told me that it has been sent for urgent reset , this all started on the 4th of november … today is the 29th of november and I’ve heard absolutely nothing about my account reset Mobicred , I have nothing more to say to you. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by your service. I will not , ever , NEVER , suggest mobicred to anyone I will send a email to all of the companies you do service for about this , all that companies could make much more money if you guys do your job.
4th of Novemver I contacted Mobicred and asked if I can please have a reset on my account , they said it will take 24-48 hours. After that time , nothing happened, I called them and then they said it will take 2-7 working days. I have received absolutely no communication whatsoever to tell me that they are busy resetting my account. I was also told that my account reset is sent to their manager for a urgent reset…. Today is the 19th of November and I am STILL waiting for a account reset. This is ridiculous I will never advise someone to make use of Mobicred again The customer service is horrible !
