Guys my phone is a huge part of my work, so I really value expert advice. I want to give a massive thanks to Wesley and CelluCity Kenilworth Center for being so patient and attentive. Ironically, right after I started inquiring about my options, my current phone broke. I had to make an emergency stop at closing time just to let him know I was ready to proceed with the upgrade the next day. I told him I didn't expect him to stay late. I just wanted him to know I will be popping in the next day to get it all sorted, but instead, he was genuinely excited to show me the device I was considering at our previous appointment. We chatted through the options again, and I actually ended up going with something completely different and it is absolutely phenomenal. I’m so happy he took the time to help me. Even though it was already closing time, Wesley insisted on helping me right then and there. He understood that I was basically stranded without a phone and wanted to get me sorted and up and running as fast as he could. That type of service is rare, and you have to give credit where it’s due. I’ve been a long standing customer with Cellucity, and it’s because of this type of care that I’ll keep coming back. Thank you Wesley you are amazing! And a big thanks to the lovely lady (I didn't catch her name) who stayed a few extra minutes to help out as well. Who are these people ? I got a message saying I gave them consent to access my credit profile I have been harassed with non stop calls and it's violation of personal information. I did not give them any consent at any time... how can one report this
I always without fail receive the ultimate customer service from this branch. Kiyaam who works there has been amazing at going the extra mile to assist me whenever I upgrade. Any general need or purchase at this store is always a pleasurable experience. I have been a Vodacom customer for many years and I will only deal with Cellucity Kenilworth Center Branch.
Specifically took insurance knowing that I would be sending my dog for sterilization, took one of the more superior plans as suggested by the consultant to cover my needs. I clearly asked about this procedure and was told surgery is covered I can rest assured. Guess what, you only get a fraction back, so R2400 for the procedure I get told they will only cover R500 because it actually is a "wellness" procedure. This after I specifically asked the relevant questions. What a waste of time and my money. They are amazing to deal with when signing up but its a joke and utter disappointment when you actually need the cover. I recommend doing your research there are better companies out there I unfortunately learnt this lesson too late.
I have been a client with OUTsurance for more than 10 years, during a recent geyser burst claim we discovered that the reason for the burst was due to a incorrect installation done in my previous claim. I brought this issue to the attention of OUTsurance because the faulty installation was a claim handled and authorized by them. I was told that although they acknowledge the problem backed by pictures and Plummers report, the claim in question was a warranty claim and basically unfortunate and not their problem. I was told I should approach the manufacture directly, and raise the concerns myself. Basically OUTsurance are not interested in assisting and uses the smallest loophole to brush you off. I had to pay a excess fee and forfeit my outbound that was due to me in a few days for a geyser burst that was not wear and tear but caused by a installation error by the manufacture that OUTsurance authorized to replace the unit. No consideration was given to me as a client, they claim they will go above and beyond for their clients they actually do the complicate opposite, they don't communicate and they will use technicalities to not take responsibility to issues such as above. I will never recommend this company to anyone, they are expensive and not worth the stress to support.
Had the most awesome service from Abigail Barends when she explained what plan would be best for our Lola she took our budget into consideration and they whole process was all of 5min and completely stress free. By the way our vet is super happy we have chosen Dot Sure he says it great service all the time.
