Yhoo I’m so frustrated, I sent the parcel in August last year it’s almost 8 months now with no parcel D534004947790 and when I’m calling paxi no one cares tuu and their manager was very rude when I endure about the parcel and I’m in trouble with clients PAXI PLEASE REFUND MY CLIENT’S MONEY!!!
DELTA PLEASE SEND MY REFUND!!! Yhooo I’ve never experienced such bad service in my whole life. The bus was not in good condition, I was from Mthatha to Pretoria, the bus was over-heating every 30 minutes we had to stop and cool it down. It was overload we had to leave some of the passengers in the middle of no-where…when we were in Alwal North it broke down around 12 midnight with no explanation from the drivers they were very rude. Some of the the elders who were attending had to go back in the morning… and I had to go and hike in order for me to reach Pretoria.

I'm not happy with the service I'm getting from NTT GROUP. I registered my shortfall claim and when it's time to sign and approve it they are playing hide and seek the person who is supposed to sign is always on leave it's been 3 weeks now with no luck. I'm hurt and disappointed
