Horrific service! I ordered, paid immediately and you cannot get any communication out of them. Its been days and I communicated the importance of the order.

Lack of Service
Service is extremely slow and unprofessional. They do not get back to you and their repair work is of poor quality and have left damages to where there wasn't any before.

A circus at Renew It
Worst service ever. This branch has rude people working for them who lie about when a claim was put through. They give incorrect information and incorrect timelines and their workmanship is terrible.

They damage and never fix anything properly!
They damaged my car where it wasn't damaged and when lodged, they **** and told me it was ly doing and another claim needs to be submitted.

Disgusting service
Absolutely shocking service. They have taken a 5 day promised timeline and turned it into two weeks and counting. They don't communicate. You have to constantly call them every day! Ridiculous!!!

Takealot missing item - NO RESPONSES
I collected an order, lodged a query a week ago as they did not hand over one of my items. They have responded once to my email and thereafter have gone silent. Such a big company with such bad service and its a cheap item so really it isn't as if i am trying to take them for a freebie but this is shocking service
