Nedbank deceased payments, requested bank statement for my husbands account because of legal matters no reply or assistance given on my email request, especially in this period where help is needed most.
Weeks later still awaiting my order, no communication to inform about status of said order.
Ordered powder milk received none, email for refund or sending of outstanding product to no avail and no response either.
Refuse to release payment off annuity, attitude that client needs to do all the groundwork if you request payment, as if you are borrowing instead of practicing your right as client to receive your claim. Will now be forced to contact the ombudsman to handle claim.
Order placed and paid no goods delivered more than a week later, no update no response, no answer of telephone, seems like my money was taken.
Still no response to the abnormality our area are experiencing through their presence, church members being chaotic and loud poeple present everyday with the same behavior, church members *****ing ******* and urinating on our streets without shame.
Annuity death claim, sole breadwinner dies, family drowned under paperwork, unknown even when claim will be paid, all under their discretion but no questions asked while payments are taken until claim are needed to be fulfilled.
Chaos and arrogance with total overrun of the area which they are a small part of reign supreme , no consideration for where they are, unnatural behavior large groups gathering daily to disturb residents of the area, no complaint or calls for intervention are being considered.
When the Life insurance claim is payable because of the death of a loved one heaps of paperwork are requested some not even related to the death, making the already sad and traumatized family feel like ********s for requesting approval of the claim, staff being abrupt and instead of assisting as far as possible they be become spiteful by delaying the claim.
