Rindi Styne from (RINDi Properties) most unreliable and pathetic lier, vacated the unit end of January 2026 till today she hasn't refunded my deposit, she's coming with excuse after excuse, please don't utilize this company when looking for Accomodation.
I returned takkies at Cresta Mall on the 27 August 2023, I was told to wait 14 working days, however, till to date I have not received my refund. I've made numerous phone calls, whatsapp messages and even visited the shop to enquire about my refund but they keep telling me that they are waiting for their head office to give them feedback.
My uncle has been without electricity for 2 months, multiple calls were logged to fix this issue but no one attended to it. My uncle is diabetic and uses insulin which need to be refrigerated but that is not done because they don't have electricity. When you visit Zola and Braamfidcher customer care offices you are attended to by security officer's because clients are not allowed in since COVID time, this is extremely unfair because they just take your number and meter number and nothing is done. This is very strange because offices in the suburbs are open to clients. Can this matter be attended and offices be open to clients as their Batho Pele Principles.
I returned a car to King Shaka Airport branch on Sunday after refueling the car few meters away from the Airport and gave them proof from Petrol Station, a day later they charged me R381 for fuel, this is unfair because the lady that assisted me confirmed that everything was in order but later they do their own thing, can I please be refunded my money and the this day 4 without releasing my deposit R4000,00.
