On the March 9th I logged a complaint, and got a phone call today only (March 14th), with no one talking on the other side, but I can hear them having fat chats with each other on the other side, then get an sms and email to say it has been resolved (Tanya Jansen) How if you did not even speak to me, the call was 17 seconds long!!! I bought Nola Mayo that was on special twice at the special price, and the 3rd time going to buy was charged full price (Nola Ultra), still within the time of the special. I bought some from the Garden Route Mall when the special started (Creamy) and got it at the special price, then went to PnP Pre-Cap George and bought another 2 and got it on special, last weekend when going to buy 2 more it did not scan as a special, I had a big argument with the ladies on duty, the one gave attitude and (not speaking to me, but the lady helping) that the Creamy is more expensive and it not part of the special, and they must remove the sign at the shelf, I showed them the slips and they said they would take it up with Carlos (the owner) today I get there to see they put up there own sign to say it is not included. I buy from PnP just about everyday! But after this I will defiantly be moving my shopping to another shop.
Went to Game on the 23rd / 24th of Nov as they had a pool on special (Black Friday) the system showed that they still had 2 in stock while I was in the store. When requesting it they told me they out of stock, I showed the sales person that it shows 2 instock, he then called his manager Morné (useless fellow) I think. He was so unwilling to help, told me that Game PE just phoned to hear if they had stock, after telling him he must then also phone around and look who has stock for me he told me he does not have to. And chamged his story to the client in PE phoned him, also said thT he I not going to help look for one, because who is going to pay transport. I asked him for head offices number, he did not know it had to phone his office to hear. Went to my car to phone just to find out it is the wrong number, went back to him, he had to phone them again, had to wait 5 minutes for a number that also did not work. Later I found a whatsapp number online, on the whatsapp I found a number that work, laid a complaint (still have not heard anything from them) the guy helping me there was great, also told me to place an order online. Fine we did, all went smooth, order confirmed, paid the work..... only to get a refund 3 days later (after getting rid of my item as order is confirmed and everything) go and have a look online order is still laying there. I asked on the whatsapp number again what is going on oh your order has been canceled, due to no stock 😡 till today NOT A SINGLE person has contacted us to talk to us about it or what happened, not even a reply on my emails whatsapp said I had to send.
Salman just does not get back to a preson, I am trying to do an amendment on my policy, first of all the preson told me the amendement was done, well it has been almost 6 months later and nothing is done, the last email from them they asked me to fill in something (well nothing was attached), I forwarded that mail back to them and CC'd complaints in that was more than a month ago, and still no answer from Sanlam or Complaints. I WILL NEVER TAKE OUT A POLICY WITH THEM AGAIN! I am thinking of moving my business aways from them after being there for +-20 years already. You cant do any amendments to you policy on the APP, like I can with my other compaines I am with, this policy does not belong to me, it belongs to them, I am just paying it every month for them, that is how it feels. But yet they can phone me every 2 weeks to offer me a credit card, THAT I DONT WANT!
I will never in my life support them again, after receiving a replacement from them for a defect, I set up the new pool, it was still busy filling up got half way due to loadshedding the next morning I woke up to half the water missing, I sent them photo and now get told it is rejected, the kids have not even set foot in the pool, one can see it is not a sharp object that had made the damage but they say it was, and that the ground is uneven 🤣 but they have not even been to my place to see the ground nor the damage.
