On the 11th of November I requested my trip was R101 and the driver cancelled when he was at the gate he said he wanted cash, I was then charged R20 for the cancellation fee however that was refunded back into my bolt account,so I then requested today so my trip was R35 they than charged me R15 because of the R20 balance, but now I Keep on getting notifications about trying to take money from my account im so angry at this stupid app and ****y service im going to delet my app im tired
I'm so disappointed in foschini ,I placed an order lastweek than estimated time for delivery is 3 to 4 working days now I just received an email saying my order will be delivered on the 27th of December that's 8 working days my daughter won't have Christmas clothes tried calling customer service for refund had to wait over an hour on the line I'm so frustrated right now.
I don't even know where to start to express my anger. These people are fraudsters. They have been debiting my account for a service I never even finished activating. When I call customer service, the agent was rude and they haven't processed my refund. For nearly 5 months now they have been debiting R250. If they don't give me my money back I will have to get my lawyer involved in this because this is fraudulent activity.
