*****ulent debit orders are pushed through my business account with no mandate from me, my business has zero dealings with Nedbank nor MFC. Stopped the debit order before and all they did was change ref no and amount to put it through again, this shows me how ********* they are as a financial institution. I definitely would not bank or enter into any dealings with such an institution. They are more than welcome to contact me, but they will have to deal with the banking ombudsman first for i am as sure as damn lodging a complaint.
I seriously recommend that you pass on these guys especially if you have a mahindra, they are clueless and have no business ethic. dont expect any feedback either they simply dont care. EVERYTHING they say on their website is totally nonsense. i had the worst experiance at an alarming cost with them. did gearbox first time and then a month later 5th gear gone. they charged me to repair again ( 6 month warranty......? ) got it back and serious noise in 5th....took it to them and was told its ok the noise will go away and the box wont leave me beside the road.....a month later and yip broke again same as before . they fixed it under duress after trying their luck with a 15k qoute. the vehicle was full of oil stains and the interior gearbox cover wasn't even fitted back....floormats wasn't put back either. Cant actualy drive it since i was given back the vehicle for it vibrates in every gear and wines in 2nd 4th and fith. struckle to find reverse and 1st. Simply wont recommend these guys....there is no business or moral ethics at all and dont believe a word about a 6 month warranty thats BS to date i spent 28k plus minus and have a useless gearbox . I should never have let them touch it!!!!
seriously not a bank......the APP has taken your abbillity away to transact and what i found after 5 vhours in the bank is that they actualy can not transact for you....? Think on this ....They have funds in your name in your account u are the client the are a bank with tellers and computers so common sence says if you have a APP problem and you need to pay suppliers you go to the nearest branch have a seat they attend to the problem and resolve it and do your payments if they can not activate your app ( verrification of a device ) to be functional right? NOOOO not at all in fact they can actualy not even close your account nor assit you with any payments and noooo they can not sort the app out either becuase the scanner can not read your one thumb ( what happens if you had a resent amputation ) ?????? Emagine this : A bank has your funds, you need to do payments , they cant do it for you and the so called APP of the changeables...isnt so changeable and wont allow you to transact at the level required for a bussiness PLUS they cant act as a bank and pay you out the funds available and close your account or just give you the cash so you can go pay at your risrk the suppliers with cash...........nor can they change the limmits....5 hours later and trust you me this bank do NOT deserve my businness nor yours .....GO TO CAPITEC! it took me 2 minutes with my personal account and I havent had any issues with any transactions not even large ones. Sorry FNB YOUY SUCK AND THATS AN UNCHANGEABLE FACT.......u not a bank just a waste of my time
