Poor service I had documents that was urgent I sent 2 days ago and had no response at all I phoned 3 times today with no help at all till now I have still not received so I had to rush to Sandton in order to get the documents signed and it was only to confirm I didn't have an account the fact that I had to rush to Sandton to get it done is pathetic

This is by far the worst shop I have ever come across The are false advertising products for the wrong prices and then when you get to the till they oh no they forgot to put the right price on it and when we insisted that they then need to sell it at the advertised price they refused. I will let everyone in the community know about how terrible they are.
I am very disappointed I will never shop there again I went there to buy a lovebird on the 9th of April 2023 and they only had one left so I asked if it's handreared and I was **** to by being told yes it is but u can clearly see it wasn't handreared I will never ever buy from them again they lie to u just to take ur money they are dishonest people and I will never support them again I have wasted R450 on handreared bird that is not handreared at all
I ordered a special surprise and I then did a return I phone them to cancel the return because I changed my mind and they can't help me cause the email address is under my partners name but is on my phone with my phone number and I'm the one who pays for the takealot orders and they are refusing to help me and still wants to come get the item but without returning my money I have always enjoyed buying from takealot but after this I will not deal with takealot ever again I told them then I will not hand over the item without receiving my money back and they say they will credit it yet on the app I got to choose if I wanted it credited or my money back when they come to get the item now they refuse to help me cancel the return and said they can't give me my money back they will credit me it after sensing it in
