Starwood Superspar ripping people off their hard earned money by forcing shoppers to buy for R50 or more to get a cashback. I'm utterly disgusted by this as it's never happened at any other retailer store.
On Wednesday I called in to enquire about the Sushi special that is held. Firstly my call was cut before I can even speak, secondly I called again and I was given a whatsapp number to place an order as I was going to pick up after work. On Whatsapp I requested for the menu, I had received it but when I asked them which specific Sushi is on special I was left on read. Absolutely disgusted by your pathetic customer service as I had an order close to R500 to be placed. I will never be going back to Simply Asia Gateway as your service sucks!
Highly disappointed by false advertising. I have been running around like crazy lately from store to store around Durban for a Toni & Guy thick plate hair straightener. It's been advertised for R499 however every store does not have stock of it. It is very frustrating that with the numerous phone calls which I have made not forgetting being transferred around the world until my airtime runs out and nobody has an answer for me. Is it coincidental that when it is advertised on special there's no stock but come the 1st December the stock will be packed on the shelves of Clicks. This is not on Clicks, we need you guys to be honest with us and tell us what is going on. I would appreciate a response to this asap. I also want the straightener at the same price to compensate for all of the phonecalls made and all the time I had to go into different stores.
