Poor and rude service
Unauthorized debit order, they debited me 7 days before the agreed debit date, worse it's locked I can't even reverse it, called them to explain the lady just dropped the call on me, very poor and rude service.

I bought a phone, in less that 3 months it stopped working, took it back to the shop, apparently they took it back for fixing 3 weeks later, I just got feed back that I must pay more than R3500 to fix it, of which it is may more than what I bought the phone for, apparently it has a crack, that phone had no crack when I took it back to the shop, it had just stopped working😡., and according to their quote I must also pay rejection of the quote fee of R295 , for them to send it back to the shop, what nonsense is that?

Angry and disappointed
Bought a pair of platform sneakers at Superga Clearwater, very uncomfortable and slips at the back, I wear a size 7 had to exchange it for a size 6, still they slip at the back, went as far as buying the hill grips from clicks but still they didn't help, tried to take it back buy they refused to exchange or refund, they say I should resell the shoes at a lower price(Lungile) worse the ladies at the shop( lungile and Xoli) also admit their platform shoes are uncomfortable and they slip at the back, I requested for their manager to call me, they keep on saying she won't call me, and they refusing to give me her/his number, apparently the managers name is Wandi, I left the shoe at the shop hoping the manager will call me but nothing, when I call and visit the shop for feed back they say the don't know, I asked when is the Manger coming to the shop they say they DON'T KNOW😡, now I. Am sitting with a shoe that I paid over a thousand rand for that doesn't give me any joy and doesn't meet my expectation as a customer😡 Bad customer service at superga Clearwater, no sympathy at all, liers, useless managers... That's if this Wandi guy exists, am so disappointed and angry.....
