I was admitted twice in that hospital, in the same ward for a shoulder operation. I lack words to describe the wonderful experience I had. From the security at the entrance, the admissions clerks, porters, radiology personnel, cleaners, catering, including Operating Theatre personnel, the Anaesthetist nurse and the Anaesthesiologist, they're just wonderful. The nurses in ward Surgical B treated me like I was a VIP guest. Their warm and positive attitude can make a patient better without even medication. I just spoke to my friend now who has been admitted in the same ward as we speak and she can't stop talking about those beautiful, friendly, caring souls (nurses) in that ward. It's pretty obvious that the hospital has invested much on customer service. Keep it up, Dr Strobos and Dr Munthree, one of the doctors who admitted me. Thank you to everyone.
I've been with them since 2018 and they all treat customers (or is it me only?) like family. Everybody is so friendly and helpful from the security guards to the receptionist to the service agents to the shuttle drivers, what can I say? Everybody knows me and would even remember my previous injury and ask how I am, including the security guards and yet I only go there once a year to service my car. Shine MERC CONSTANTIE KLOOF. I've just cancelled my insurance but Shamanie Naidoo, the lady who assisted me tried her best to find something I could afford but unfortunately I've moved on to a more affordable insurer she couldn't match. She really really tried her best to retain me as a client. She's very patient and understanding but unfortunately her company, Discovery Insure is too much. But I'll definitely take her up on her offer to one day go back to them if I should find myself no longer happy with my new insurer, hoping they'll have something favourable then.
