Currently sitting with Brakes that's depleted (if that even a word to best describe it plus its noise) after having my 45kms service done and advising Barons for the 3rd time (3rd service that my brakes need to be replaced) This is absolute terrible service from such a big organization. I thank the heavens I made it safely to JHB..
Never thought I'd be treated like this, not even to be able to have empathy for my situation I am facing currently is very disappointing for such a reputable institution. Really let down by your services ABSA Vehicle Finance
Absolutely dissapointed in how after all the money paid, they are not doing what they are set out to do for the client. Your services are terrible actually!
Absolutely furious for waiting on my withdrawal I have app**** for on 8th September already. My very helpful Financial Advisor is also doing the most for me by following up on why there is such a delay with me receiving my payment. I get an email today stating estimation completion date is now moved to 13.11.24, you guys are surely NOT serious!!! If you have backlogs and delays it is unfortunately not the clients issue as you are a reputable business. I want my money paid this week and will not accept your excuses as this a huge inconvenience for me!
I have been with you guys for more than 5years and this is how I am being treated!! I closed my bank account on the 11th November 2022 at the Durbanville Cape Town branch and the lady who assisted me is Suzette.. my access to the banking app was also disabled which I was fine with as I didn't need it anymore.. I still had to get a R2.00 change and jokingly said do I really have to wait for that change.. Suzette advised me that she will call me the next day and follow up to confirm this account is now CLOSED! Low and behold we are on the 2nd December and I get an SMS to state the account is overdrawn!!!!!!!!!! 1stly, there was no way I could check in the app that was disabled, otherwise we could have prevented this from happening! 2ndly, Suzette then tells me unbothered when I went to the bank/ branch (Durbanville) again this morning... Oh she forgot to follow up with me and to advise that the bank account is now closed.. AND NOW THERE ARE R153.00 CHARGES THAT BUILT UP ON AN ACCOUNT I PAID UP!!!!!!! This impacts my scoring so you can be damned that I will make a noise about it as I want to purchase a house again and because of your negligence there is this **** that now hovers on my name! Suzette was fast to say they will s**** these charges and call me to confirm this, but no acknowledgement of we are sorry we *****ed up and this is all on us .. quote frankly I am not interested in nothing with Nedbank, get this nonsense sorted as soon as possible and act out as the institution that you label yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very pleased with my choice of leaving you guys and that's the truth!
