On the 26th February I received an email from the consultant handeling my query C69429890. Promising to resolve the query. She has sent me an email to say she will give feedback by the 12th March. My whole complaint was that my daughter made request to withdraw the trust on the 10th February and I wanted the process to completed. 12 th March is more than a month to attend to a withdrawal from a trust. Dear Basani you have not helped me in any way. Your phone num at the end of the email just goes number not available. 12th March is more than a month and absa officials are holding this child's trust fund.
Be very careful if you need to set up a trust fund for your children. ABSA Trust is a disgrace. The trust officer holds funds that is meant to be for the children's well being. She takes 4 weeks to process funds which belongs to the children and her attitude is like she is taking this money out of her pocket.
On the 23/01/2025 at 5.30 pm I went to the Kara Nichhas in the pick N pay hyper at arbor crossing Amanzimtoti, the service was terrible staff was slow not friendly not even a smile. I purchased my food and went home. At home I discovered I wasn't able to eat any of the food I purchased the special sandwich was burnt, the battered chips was drenched in oil and mostly only batter no chip inside. The breyani was spoilt and had a terrible smell. I enjoy Kara Nichhas food and have been having it since the first outlet in Chatsworth was running. I have purchased from Durban north also and lovely food. I will not buy from arbor crossing again. These little outlets is really bringing the name of the age old Kara Nichhas down.
I ordered an IPhone 13 on the 26th of November 2024 on a black Friday deal, when my purchase went through there was stock available. I recieved the iPhone charger, which was part of the order on the 30th of November, however, I never received the iPhone. When I called customer service to find out about the iPhone they told me it's out of stock, how can a store sell stock that was already paid for to someone else. I waited and called customer service almost everyday and I got the same story that they are escalating my query. I ordered something else on the 13th of December 2024. On the 14th December I received an email stating that the iPhone has been packed and handed to the courier. On the 20th of December my second order placed on the 13th of December arrived and there was a red sticker on the box to say 1 parcel missing, on the same day the app updated on the order for the iPhone to say it has been returned to origin. The consultant said it was returned to Centurion, I have been calling customer service everyday and no one actually gets back to me, the consultants can not even tell me why the parcel was returned... Its almost a month and I can not get through to anyone in makro. The number for Centurion just rings and then the call gets cut. Mrs R Pillay

I have lost all confidence in TFG online. I purchased 4 items on the 24nov online from sportscene it was back Friday deals stock was fine and I checkout my bag the same tym so that I do recieve the items and it does not get sold out. I recieved invoicing all fine. On the 28 Nov the courier delivered 1 item out of the 4 I ordered but as the email generally says that the items may be packed individually so I waited to see if other items would still arrive. I then recieved an email that same morning at 10.35 which showed the status as all 4 items delivered so I panicked thinking that the courier had mislaid the other items as the packaging for the item I recieved was clearly only to fit that bag. But according to courier they had only 1 package for me so I tried calling the customer care online and the line was so bad I couldn't hear the consultant she then promised to call me back. I didn't trust the call me back so I proceeded to email the customer service. I recieved an email back on 29 Nov ticket#404029 from Siphokazi saying sorry you didn't recieve your parcel but a refund will be processed. I then tried to call the customer care again as I didn't want a refund I wanted the items as the were no sizes left and that was Christmas gift for my child. The consultant on the line could only tell me that's it was a pick and pack error and nothing can be done. I received another email later that evening to say we recieved ur returns items being collected. What nonsense is this I didn't return the items I still wanted the items these items were in stock otherwise I wudnt have been able to checkout my bag. I received another email next day to say items refunded and reason next to each item was item not suitable. This is totally unacceptable that I had to lose my items cause of incompetent staff that TFG has employeed clearly so one has messed up this order and why do we as loyal customers have to bear the disapointment. Also why send emails to say that I have returned the items when I clearly tried explain to your customer consultant that I still wanted these items.
