Vodacom must wake up an
I am still having problems with Vodacom. I have requested that my fibre contract with Vodacom be canceled. What I got from Vodacom is not what they promised. Service ia pathetic. They have no clue as to.what goes on in their business. They talk to you like you are an idiot. Sick and tired of Vodacom. I requested the services of another ISP and my business is up and running within 48 hours. I must have spoken to more than 10 agents and to this day they have no idea what on earth is going on. Sad Vodacom

Vodacom Pathetic Service
Vodacom service is pathetic. You are just an insignificant number in their books. I run a business from home and rely on the internet entirely. I am paying Vodacom for a service that they cannot commit to. I even dis their work by calling Openserve to try and resolve this issue. They refuse to take ownership of the problem while I have egg on my face with my clients. Vodacom and its staff are useless and pathetic with no customer empathy whatsoever. I will never use Vodacom ever again. Will cancel my contract with Vodacom

Car service City Blunders
I sent my car in for service. My car was well looked after. didn't have a single issue with the car. I don't use my car very much. i received the car back after paying around R 3000 for service. I decided to drive the car a few times. A month later I drove the car to a friends play and the car engine seized. I had it towed to car service city at my cost when I was told that there was no oil filter in the car and they refused to take accountability. I am now suing them after they asked me to pay to assess the damage in my car which was their fault. I will not recommend car service city as they are useless and don't care about their customers. Pathetic

Terrible service from Car Service City
I sent my car in for a service and about 2 weeks later the engine seized. It was discovered that the oil filter was missing and they want to me to pay for the repairs. Shocking response to the my query. This is my 2nd car that was destroyed by these people. I don't recommend anyone use them
