POOR SYSTEMS ARE FAILING ME, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE INSTITUTION SAYS MY APPLICATION FEE WAS NOT RECIEVED AND REJECTING ME WHEN I SUBMITTED EVERYTHING LAST YEAR IN AUGUST. MY PROFILE HAS ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND WAS ONLY PENDING MATRIC RESULT TO MY SUPRISE THE INSTITUTION SAYS I DID NOT SEND POP AND I HAVE PROOF THAT I DID. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME 0604178373
The system is failing us as young people who want to learn, I app**** in July 2024 and paid my application fee but the status of my application is still saying money Ommitted. I even went to Admissions to try resolve this the lady assisted me and said the document was now uploaded successfully. But even now I'm stuck with no way forward as the status never changed. I've since been trying to call them to assist but my call gets dropped from this morning few minutes after 8am no one is picking up my emails never answered. What is really expected from me since they say they don't want walk-ins anymore but I'm not getting any assistance. CAN SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY DEAL WITH THIS ISSUER ASAP THIS IS TRULY FRUSTRATING
Till THIS DAY NO ONE HAD DONE ANYTHING ABOUT MY QUERY. WHY MUST I BE THE ONE CALLING THE BUSINESS WHEN IM BEING WRONGED HERE. WHATS THE POINT OF REF NUMBER IF ONE AGENT CANNOT PICK UP FROM THE LAST DISCUSSION... YOU SAY YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED THEN WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE SHOULD LISTEN TO MY 1ST CALL MADE OB THE 24TH NOVEMBER AND MY LAST CALL MADE 2nd Dec at 11:24. ALL I WANT NOW IS MY MONEY BACK AND NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH ANY OF THIS SHAMBOLIC SERVICE!!! A HUGE QUANTITY OF WHAT I ORDERED NEVER CAME, I MADE ALTERNATIVES AND BOUGHT THEM ELSEWHERE. SOWETO HURB AND ITS MESS HAS REALLY MADE ME REGRET THIS SERVICE I JUST WANT THE BACK TO THE ACCOUNT YOU RECEIVED IT FROM AND PEACE OF MIND. THERE'S ONLY ONE PERSON WHO SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, HER NAME IS Tebatso... Xola sounded convincing but till this day nothing from him except for a bunch of return calls and messages.
