I have a debit order that has been stopped countless times for Netstar, worse its on stopped debit orders on the 21st of November, i was with Netstar and 1st4Women, i stopped my insurance and sent an email to Netstar to debit on their own and provided them with a different bank account, that was a year ago, they never responded to my emails and when i call they would say someone will call me back, i let it go because nothing was done, so Netstar have been sending me mandates to approve for some time and i declined, on the 21st of November 2025, they sent another mandate and i stopped it but today just now, the debit order came out, R819 was debited on my account, that’s my last money, I didn’t authorise the payment, when i called Capitec, the consultant said that it was a forced mandate done on the 25 th of October by Netstar and i should call them to give me my money back, i told her that what if next month same thing happened because i stopped the debit order but money was debited still and she said, thats my problem with Netstar. I want my money back now.
Netstar just debited my account R819, i didn’t authorise that payment, i called Capitec and they said it was a forced mandate, i need my money back, I didn’t authorise any payment and i cancelled the tracker 2 years ago, because, i was using it with the car insurance, so i requested that they can change my account details, sending emails and calling countless times last year, doing nothing, so now they debited my account without me approving the mandate, i want my money. How do you do forced mandate on my account wherein im nolonger using your tracker. It’s been 2 years.
I bought a corner couch on the 25th of August, made a payment in the morning and im really happy about the same day delivery, my couch was delivered around 7 in the evening because i requested for anytime after 4 delivery, well the L-couch is lovely and the quality is not that bad.
FNB ***** department not taking the case serious. My Grandmother lost her card sometime around the 27 of June 2025, and she immedietly close the card but the transaction kept going on even though the card was closed. She opened the case at SAPS and also FNB and she was given a case number at FNB but no response or communication has been done ever since, its been over 2 months and shes very old for this kind of stress, she is being sent up and down by the bank and the branch she went to is not taking her serious. R8000 was used in her account while it was closed.
I lodged a refund a month ago on the 11th of July, ive been waiting for a refund since then, im being sent from pillar to post being asked to send my details, i did that every week im told one thing, i call every day with no fail but im not being assisted, im always told that my refund is pending approval, im always asked to send my id's and other things, i send without fail, im always told that my issue is been escalated but can they understand that im using airtime to be calling everyday and made to hold for like 10 minutes? some consulted even drop my call and they are rude.
I lodged an online return with them they came and collect the parcel on the 11th of July, I’ve been waiting for my money ever since, when i call they just said they are busy processing the refund, its almost a month now, im tired if running around them begging for my refund.
Ive lodged a refund like 2 weeks back coz the delivery was taking so long nd everything was just frustrating, im just getting a text saying that my order is being delivered, I don’t want it anymore, I don’t need it i want my money, ive already bought a fridge somewhere coz Makro was really abusing me. Ive lodged a refund nd i was told 3-5 working days, its over 2 weeks now nd nothing.
I have placed an order on the 25th of November at Makro Wonderboom, since Monday I have been calling and being hanged up, ive talked to Tshidi Mokoena, Richard and Mashile and a lot more but with no assistance, so i dont know what to do in this case, its really frustrating.
