Great shopping experience
Great shopping experience. Got shoes for a great deal on their website, it included delivery and delivery was made within 2 days of purchasing. The shoes came in a neat box and the shoes were perfect.

Bad service, closed my account without notification
Nedbank closed my bank account without any notification. I have been trying to get hold of my business banker but she doesnt reply to my emails or answer my calls. Went into a branch yesterday and they couldn't assist and called the nedbank contact number, they said someone would call me back but I am still awaiting that call.

Don't offer online shopping unless you can deliver.
I ordered some products online from game on black Friday. My order was divided into 3 deliveries. I have received 2 deliveries so far, the one delivery was promised by the 2nd of December, I received notification that it was shipped on the 29th of November. It is now the 7th of December and I have received no further notification. I tried to call and was kept on the line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer, I have also emailed customer care, they sent a message back saying they have received the email but that was all. I need help in getting this order before its Christmas as my daughter's Christmas present is in that order.
