I placed an order with Superbalist and upon receiving delivery the pants were too small. I lodged a return and refund as at the time there we no longer bigger sizes available. I subsequently went online the following day and there were sizes, I emailed and called requesting for the change from a refund to an exchange which was processed by Lerato K a Superbalist client concierage and delivery was to happen August 1st. July 31st a driver came to collect the package but did not have the substitute package, August 1st another driver arrived to deliver but wanted the initial package which I advised had been collected the day before. He returned with the package back to the warehouse I emailed and called and explained to Namhla another concierge person however to date they are still claiming to make contact with their own warehouse and cannot locate the parcel.
Cancellation not effected: Several cancellations were done on a contract but not effected instead MTN has been billing the FULL amount amount after the contract expiration date, meaning we still paying for the device. The retentions team doesn't reply on email until you call and they say it wasn't cancelled becuase you owe them an amount that was billed after a cancellation request. To date they haven't cancelled, they just want my Money! Horrible horrid service !
Lancome Edgar's sells me wrong colour and refuses to refund me this after the colour was recommended by the consultant. All the consultants are after is comission. Don't go to Lancome Edgar's and don't let Rejoice touch your face. Bonolo on the other head is an airhead without solutions to remedy the situation all these assholes want is money and don't care about custome service!!!
