Lancôme - the extra mile
Huge shout out and thank you to the area manager for Cresta and surrounds - there was an issue at one of the branches and when I complained the area manager was on the phone immediately- I was told to go to Lancôme in Woolworths Cresta and received a gift bag - totally unexpected- THANK YOU for awesome service.

Horrible consultation
The sales lady at foschini menlyn did a very bad job with my consultation... There was too much lighting and I guess I did not see how bad the color was on my face now I'm stuck with a very expensive foundation that I can't return... The color is so much darker than my own and as the day goes it gets even darker...

Horrible consultation

Lancome Poême out of stock!!!!
My wife loves the Poême perfume. Since December ALL the stores in Gauteng and Kwazulu Natal has no stock. We went to Menlyn Mall Edgars, just for the agent to tell is they have no stock. They are also upset and not getting any answers from Lancome!!! There are 2 full bottles but only for sample use! Why even displaying it if you do not have stock! Excellent product, but very poor service!!!!!

I have been a Lancome client for sometime and I’m currently disappointed that they have been out of stock for more than three months, referring to ‘Teint Idole ultra wear 12 code A0U909’, the only thing that is keeping me from being faithful to you is the great customer service your consultants have otherwise I would have been long gone!

I have been a Lancome client for sometime and I’m currently disappointed that they have been out of stock for more than three months, referring to ‘Teint Idole ultra wear 12 code A0U909’, the only thing that is keeping me from being faithful to you is the great customer service your consultants have otherwise I would have been long gone!

Lancome thieving consultants Rejoice, Bonolo and Edgar's mAll of Africa cosmetics manager
Lancome Edgar's sells me wrong colour and refuses to refund me this after the colour was recommended by the consultant. All the consultants are after is comission. Don't go to Lancome Edgar's and don't let Rejoice touch your face. Bonolo on the other head is an airhead without solutions to remedy the situation all these assholes want is money and don't care about custome service!!!

Lancôme Prize Giveaway Scam
I’d like to alert South African consumers to a scam being run by Lancôme. The idea is that you receive a makeup gift set after alerting 20 friends to their promotion. With great enthusiasm; I sent this to my 20 friends immediately (yes, I love the brand that much) but I unfortunately had to send in groups of 5 each due to the restriction on WhatsApp. When I tried to continue; it only registered that I’ve sent to 5 people. I’m really disappointed that we have to deal with companies such as Lancôme that are busy taking advantage of consumers in spite of all the anxiety that we’re currently living with. Please can somebody shut down this scam?

Advertising Scam
