I was recently given a present from my Son who lives in Johannesburg which was far too large for me. I went to Truworths to exchange it and was told that the policy is that I must have the purchase slip. I was very disappointed with this as Woolworths, and many other stores allow this exchange without any fuss. I am not going to spend a couple of hundred Rand to have the shirt altered, so guess what - I have lost out on a lovely shirt which I have now given to a friend of mine who was very happy to get it for nothing. I think Truworths should think again re their ridiculous policy as I for one will never again purchase anything for them. I would have thought that the consumer protection act would have come into effect and that Truworths would have to exchange this. I am not asking for cash back, I only wanted to exchange the shirt
What a great experience and provided you knew the normal prices there were plenty of great bargains. Meat, milk and many others. Thank you Woolies.
Despite numerous emails to DSTV I get no response - this is very sad and annoying. I have sent emails to "dstv@comms.dstv.com" and "help@dstv.com" No reply has been received from both addresses, and I have received delivery receipts from both addresses. What is happening??
I simply cannot believe the messages I am getting from the Telkom Pinnacle Contact Centre. I have been told that Telkom is no longer supporting mail on "Outlook". Wow - what a blow. How can you just stop this type of support. This is simply not acceptable. No feedback, no warning - I am wondering if this is true or not. Please advise - I doubt if I am going to get a reply which shows me how very sad this matter is.
Despite requesting Ninety One to increase by redemption of R800 to R950 on 26 May - I was expecting the R900 this month - but alas - still the old R800. I cannot understand why they cannot act on instructions. I find the service from many companies below par and the only way to get help is to complain via Hello Peter. Very disappointing to say the least. I have not had a reply from either of my emails. The second was sent this morning and they have both bee delivered.
I recently had an issue which I could not resolve in trying to load the latest software which Absa supplies free of charge. A very big thank you to Lisle Gray who spent many hours in trying to solve this matter. After a few days all was eventually solved - many thanks Lisle. Regards, Neville
Despite booking our name was not even checked. We had asked for a specific table but were told that the table numbers are changed every day? The wine we ordered was not cold. Their service was very slow. This was our first visit to this restaurant and quite possibly our last. Something to not write home about which is such a pity.
Despite numerous emails I get no reply to my query - which should take a few minutes to resolve. My data per checking via *136 # still gives 190.21 MB and yet MTN send me a message stating all my data has been used. Secondly I was always able to carry over any unused data for 1 month - now nothing is carried over. Why is this???. I have tried phoning 135 but was kept holing for ages so cancelled the call. MTN must please answer this
i must say I am extremely disappointed with the excuses given by clicks regarding medication I get monthly. I handed in 3 scripts recently. One for my wife and two for me. When I queried why certain medication was not ready, I was told that the scripts were not handed in on the same day - they were. Now I am told I have to wait for another 7 days in order to get the other medication or else I will have to pay for the medication. ******* Clicks - you made the mistake and now you tell me it cannot be rectified. Secondly I nevber get a SMS telling me my medication is ready - I always used to
I recently tried to get a quote for pet insurance with OUTsurance. The quote was not forthcoming, but a phone call was. I never asked for a phone call. I wanted a quote. Then when I was asked for the same information that I had already supp**** I was asked again. Why can they not give me the quote? The caller then put the phone down on me without even saying goodbye. The call came from +445140122. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least
