Never buying a defy product again...I bought a front loader washing machine and it has been nothing but trouble,it's a washer and dryer but has stopped drying a long time ago,it left the clothes damp. It would make such a loud noise when spinning,then it started to leak, now it does not even switch on and they say due to an infestation,the warranty is voided... before buying the defy machine,I had a Samsung and had it for over 15 years with no problems while this one is not even 3years old. I'm so disappointed
Standard bank wants to invent their own Fica laws...they don't want to assist me because my bank statement has a 0 balance and therefore does not have transactions. Fica says that you have to bring a statement that is not older than 3 months, showing the address and the account must be active. The statement meets all the requirements but they want to see where I swiped or how much I withdraw,how is that and issue when it meets all Fica requirements...I'm so disappointed because all this is costing money
I've been trying to do online purchases for the past 2 days and Nedbank does not allow me,it keeps aborting the transactions from different vendors...at first,I thought it was a checkers 60 problem but then I tried takealot.com,it also aborts the transaction. I went to wonderpark branch,the consultant couldn't help me and instead gave me a number to call coz they were in a hurry to close, meanwhile I came to the branch before closing time (15:30). I called the number that was given to me(0800110929) and they also couldn't help me. What must happen now if both branch and call centre are telling me they can't help me meanwhile they still taking a hefty monthly fee and transaction fees. Does that mean I must close the account and move back to capitec bank because at least I know they won't dismiss me at the branch until my matter is resolved?
Samsung fridge is inferior,the service is ridiculous. They didn't stick to their turn around time which in turn got everything in my fridge rotten. Their fridge is less than a year old but we are already experiencing cooling problems,the freezer doesn't freeze. If we are having such problems so early in the life cycle if the fridge, imagine how much problems we are still going to encounter in the years to come...I'm even considering selling it and going for a different brand
The sales lady at foschini menlyn did a very bad job with my consultation... There was too much lighting and I guess I did not see how bad the color was on my face now I'm stuck with a very expensive foundation(lancome) that I can't return... The color is so much darker than my own and as the day goes it gets even darker...

Checkers wonder park cashier(Nokuthula) was slow and busy chatting with other employees when the cashier next to her told her to work faster she said that she did not not come with checkers(in her language)... She kept on laughing and said that the customers can wait as long as it takes... Her attitude was condensanding especially because we were frustrated that all the lines were moving and we were still stuck in the line while the cashier is laughing about it and making us feel small. It was late in the evening, close to closing time and she made it seem like we were an inconvenience for being there at that time (18:40),please don't open your doors till 19:00 on a sat if it's such an inconvenience to you and your staff.
The place claims to be kid friendly but it does not have a changing station... ***?? Service was very slow
Baby bullet is certainly not worth the price tag...! The transparent storage cups are cracking eveytime we put it in warm water to warm baby's food, it cracks every time we place it in the fridge... The blender broke while in use because it certainly wasn't strong enough for the amount of power that thing produces... It's seems like money dawn the drain
My account cannot be activated because I apparently requested a debit order... What makes me angry is that I have been calling to resolve the matter since Sunday and all the consultants have been telling me that they have escalated the matter,till today it has not been resolved... I've spent soo much airtime for this matter...!! Every consultant tells me it will be resolved in an hour or two,its been 4days.!! I am frustrated, I feel that they don't care about their clients..!!!!!
