Unauthorised debit order, cancelled my subscription in January 2025, was informed that they will deduct again in February (they explained the process) I was fine with it, I requested for a confirmation email stating that they won’t be any debit from March (I received the confirmation email), Rain collected their rooter already but they still debited on the 25 March 2025, this is my second complaint as I never received any feedback.
I cancelled my subscription in January end 2025 and I was informed that they will also continue to debit for end of February due to (they explained the process) I the requested for a proof of cancellation which they send and the consultant assured me that they won’t be any debits going forward, they collected the rooter in early February already, this morning Rain debited R595.00 subscription on my account the 25 March 2025, I want a refund completed as of immediate effect.
I have been waiting on my office furniture that I bought 8 days ago at Canal Walk Mr Price home’s number provided on line is invalid, the call centre number agents are unable to provide me with direction, the last agent yesterday confirmed that my furniture was dropped in Pavilion.. why I don’t know as I paid for delivery ‘fee’ for my furniture to be dropped at my house and an assemble fee, the lack of communication is beyond me ‘the last communication received was on Tuesday stating my furniture is on its way’ today it’s Saturday…funny thing is when I bought the furniture no one communicated the waiting period and even so 5days has passed.
Hello Peter I have been struggling with Rain network and previously I made mention that I’m unable to cancel as the option is not available, so on the other end I’m unable to cancel via my bank because it’s not a debit order method I pay via my card number my bank is unable to stop the debit order from going through. So I have been struggling with connection and last week was extremely bad and on Thursday they escalated and promised that I will be contacted and the issue will be resolved, at this point I’m not even struggling the network is offline, so I’m paying for a network that I’m not using, so I just called them 30 mins ago for a follow up and spoke to a consultant named Unathi and she requested that I wait for two minutes while she will call the manager as I requested 26mins later was still on hold, at this point I really don’t know what to do as I’m beyond exhausted and frustrated by their level of poor service, I’m tired of complaining, at this point I’m about to share my experiences in all my social platforms.
Hello Peter It seems like I’m a regular to your platform concerning Rain network, I logged in to their App to cancel my subscription and the option was not available stating that I’m owing while they have been debiting every 25th of the month for the past plus 3 years, their continuous poor connection issue has been really beyond ridiculous, I want to cancel my subscription and I’m requesting a refund for my premium that was debited for June, I’m done with Rain, I’m exhausted of complaining as I have been wasting my money paying for a network that is not working.
It’s been three day that I have been struggling with Rain connection, I have been calling Rain and due to long wait I have been requesting for call backs and I haven’t received a single one, I’m unable to log in to the App as it’s buffering, they WhatsApp line has an auto response referring me to the App and Call Centre, I’m amazed by their poor service funny thing they never miss the deduction date.
Good morning Hellopeter, I haven’t received any feedback from Rain can they please confirm when I’m I going to receive my refund of a total amount of R558 as they debited a total amount of R1058.00 while my monthly premium is R500.00 only, kindly find proof of debit below, I’m really not happy with Rain I am considering cancelling my subscription. I have been a Lancome client for sometime and I’m currently disappointed that they have been out of stock for more than three months, referring to ‘Teint Idole ultra wear 12 code A0U909’, the only thing that is keeping me from being faithful to you is the great customer service your consultants have otherwise I would have been long gone!
