Horrible Experience. Booked an appointment for 8h30 in the morning but when I arrived the booking wasn't made by the person I spoke to, so I had to wait for an hour to be attended To. The receptionist voiced his concerns to which I assumed is his manager, but it just seemed like she didn't care about the whole situation. Pushing the problem to the side, blaming the night staff for the Miss communication and when the receptionist mention that we made the appointment during the day she just brushed it off and it felt like it was whatever. Honestly it was the most unwelcoming environment and I felt I was treated differently because of my race.

Horrible service. Even with a UPS when the power goes out, so does the wifi, and with extended loadshedding hours means no wifi too...so that means almost everyday the wifi is out. There's no week that goes by where qw are struggling with wifi. So problematic
So much issues with the house. 1. We were promised to move in March 2022, then the date was moved to April and eventually we moved in May- the reason that was given building wasnt done 2. With heavy rains the roof started leaking, we are currently living at Willow Creek for 7 months and already our geyser gave in and 3. We had to move out for a week, because apprently the stairs wasn't according to standard so they had to repair it. Makes me question how they do their quality checks and only when there is trouble action is taken 4. The feedback back on issues raised with this company (Craft homes) was either dismissive or feedback was given
