Unfortunately, I cannot write a review without adding a star! You have to receive ZERO stars!!!!!! I received 120 calls on Friday, I have received 125 call since 09;20 this morning (the time now 11:42. I have complained about this in the past, but NOTHING has been done!! I am fed up off this harassment!!! PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!
I tested a meter no yesterday and bought R10 electricity. I did not work. Prepaid24, went through a lot of trouble (email, sms and phone call) to speak to me to sort this out. If you go through this much trouble for R10, I have to applaud you, and give you a 12 out of 10 for customer service!! Thank you very much
I receive 50+ phone calls from Boomerang Marketing. I have told the telesales agent (about 2 weeks ago), that I am not interested in buying anything. Do you not have anyone else to bother??? Please stop calling me!!!!!!
I have had more than 100 calls from 1Life in the past 7 days. I do not want a policy, I have told them this. This is harassment!
You only get a star, otherwise I cannot write a review! I have spent 3 hours on the phone today (AGAIN) to get my service connected (which I have paid for). I have paid on YOUR website on 29 Nov. This payment CANNOT (for some unknown reason) be allocated to my account. I had to phone EVERY DAY for the past 2 weeks to get my service connected, just to be disconnected again in the middle of the night. I DO NOT want another phone call from one of your agents! I WANT MY MONEY PAID BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!
